Meal 3 ~ Korean kimchi turkey escalope w/ savory cabbage &  vegetable rice

WEDNESDAY

Meal 1 ~ Naked chicken burger served w/ lemon curry potatoes & roasted carrots
Meal 2 ~ CCM bangers n mash ~ Turkey sausages w/ sweet potato & spinach mash & jack Daniels jus
Meal 3 ~Steak, broccoli & mushroom stir fry w/ black bean sauce, egg noodles & crushed cashews

THURSDAY

Meal 1 ~Chicken parmigiana w/ white sweet potato wedges & roasted garlic cauliflower

Meal 2 ~Beef & squash Tagine, minted Moroccan cous cous & mixed vegetables

Meal 3 ~ Thai green chicken curry, w/ basmati rice & mixed vegetable

FRIDAY

Meal 1 ~Coconut tomato chicken pasta bake, roasted cherry tomatoes & Parmesan

Meal 2 ~ CCM meatball marinara ~ chilli turkey meatball, homemade tomato sauce on a bed of spaghetti
Meal 3 ~ Char-grilled top steak, tenderstem broccoli & cauliflower mashed potatoes
