5 Day Lunch Plan
This plan is perfect for working professionals who want to eat healthy during their 9-5, Monday to Friday work week, but might not have time to prepare their meals in the morning. Too often a healthy diet is disrupted by the convenience of picking something up from the deli, or even eating out & not knowing how many calories are in your lunch – and they’re usually a lot more than you can imagine.
The meals on this plan are usually 480-580 calories, high in protein & are our takes on the traditional favourites such as pizza, curries, burrito bowls etc. This will save you time, stress, money and calories – and so is a must for everybody in the working world!
