This option was developed for those who want to put on mass & add muscle to their frames. It consists of three extra-large meals containing a rough macro break-down of 60P/60C/30F. All of the calories you consume will come from the cleanest, healthiest sources ensuring your recovery-time will be decreased and your performance enhanced – so whatever training your doing will benefit massively.

Training in the ring, on the pitch or in the gym can see you burn up to 800 calories a session. You need to make this up with your food – and so this is where the Mass Gaining Plan comes in. We’ll replace those calories through monster portions of delicious & healthy food.
