Fat Loss Plan [ 1 Month ]
The fat-loss plan was developed for those looking to kick-start their weight-loss journey immediately.
We include a full day’s eating, with three meal per day (15 total) – breakfast, lunch & dinner for 5 days. Our meals are ‘bulked out’ in this plan with high volumes of vegetables in order to stave away your cravings. The reason for this is that vegetables contain lots of vitamins & minerals, but very little calories. The majority of their calories come from fibre, which is linked to burning fat!
This plan contains a relatively high serving of protein (about 1.5 times your GDA) as we are seeking to preserve your muscle mass, and lose fat instead.
