Student Plan [ 1 Week ]
The student plan was developed to serve our younger demographic who want to eat healthily. We provide two main meals a day (10 total) meaning you will be taking in lots of healthy nutrients. Average Kcal intake per day on this plan is 950Kcal.
The student plan still provides a high level of nutrition which is ideal for people who may be on a budget. This plan is also a great introduction to our meal plans to see whether or not they want to commit to a longer plan.
