I have been cooking professionally for over 5 years. I love the job because you learn something new every day as food is constantly changing. That and working with quality, fresh ingredients to create something new for the menu.
My interests vary a lot, but I’m happiest when I’m outdoors. Usually dirt biking, downhill mountain biking, fishing or walking my dog in the local forests.
CCM is the perfect fit for me because I get to cook the type of food that I like to eat when I’m at home. It doesn’t feel like work when you have a personal interest in what you do.
