Collection of Information

In order to use our website and place an order we require some information from you in order for us to provide you the best possible service. Any information collected by Clean Cut Meals is collected in correspondence from you or your company; this may be via mobile, mail, email or directly through our website. All communications may also be collected and stored in particular regards to sales, support and accounts, including Email.

Any information collected from Clean Cut Meals customers is required to assist us and give the customer the best possible product/ service. Other information is used to assist our staff in development and provide service references.


Payments need to be made before 11.59pm WEDNESDAY (for following mondayfriday). All payments will be made through the website using PayPal or visa/debit cards.

If your order is placed after the deadline you will be charged and included for the next weeks plan. We also reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary and you will need to replace the order.

All payments are to be made in Euro – €

Collection Policy

Sunday 10am-1pm, if they are not collected in this time please make contact with the kitchen to arrange collection Tuesday morning.

Delivery Policy​

All food supplied by Clean Cut Meals is delivered by DPD, who will be in touch directly with you

 Clean Cut Meals does not accept any responsibility for theft or damage done to meals. 

Any delivery to secured buildings, e.g apartment, that requires access to front door with a fob, code or access card, will require customer to be home to receive meals.

Your food will be held for a maximum of 48 hours from Sunday 12pm. If you have not contacted us on Monday to arrange pick up for Tuesday, your food will be discarded and no refund or credit will be given.

Clean Cut Meals does not take responsibility for any food not refrigerated by midnight the same day as delivery .

Delivery to locations outside of Galway city

DPD act as our Currier and take all delivery’s outside of Galway city, right now if you order  and you are outside the city, your delivery can sometimes be a Tuesday to Saturday plan.

Disclaimer : If you have not received your delivery by Monday, this means that there was a problem processing your package with DPD and it will arrive the following day Tuesday. We never want this to happen but unfortunately sometimes it does, but do not worry, the box is packed with ice and remain below 5 degrees for up to 48hrs from dispatch.Please take this into consideration when ordering and planning for your weeks meals. When this does happen we advise to freeze Fridays meals so they will keep till the Saturday.


Our meals may contain milk & milk products, Eggs and egg containing products, Wheat and gluten, Peanuts, Peanut oil, Tree nuts, Soy and soy products, Fish and shellfish, Corn and corn produces, Seasamie seeds/ oil, Mustard products, Celery and its products.

Refund & Return Policy

Once your meal plan order has been placed you have until 12pm Thursday, if you want to cancel or change your order.  After this time your order is non-refundable and we do not accept returns. If you wish to cancel or change your order an email must be sent to [email protected] before the given time so we have time to reprocess the fee and return you your payment.


We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
