What if I miss my delivery?

When placing your order be sure to use an address where you can receive your meals safely, or where there is a safe place for the courier to leave your package. If there is no one available at the designated address at the time of delivery, we have a “leave safe” policy in place with DPD. This means your package will be left in a safe place outside until you return home. Our boxes are tamper proof and loaded with ice packs to ensure cool temperature lasting up to 48 hours.
