Meals have to be stored in the fridge below 4 degrees to ensure shelf life and quality. You can eat hot or cold, if you are reheating make sure to loosen the lid of the container and heat until piping hot all the way through : at least 3 minutes @ 700 wats. If you are heating in an oven please be sure to transfer to an oven proof dish and heat at 180 deg for 10-15 mins until piping hot all the way through. We advise in freezing your last 2 days of your meal plan to ensure shelf life also. When defrosting leave for a natural defrost in your fridge overnight and when heating use the same instructions as above.
