Is it contract only, am I locked in?

No, we do not lock you into any contract. It is a subscription as where you can pause or cancel at any time you may need to. All you have to do is log in to your ac and choose whether to pause or cancel. Please make sure if you are making any changes to your order/account to do so before YOUR ANNIVERSARY ( This is the day and time of your initial sign up) DIRECT DEBIT to make sure it comes into account for the following week starting Monday. If the changes are made after this they will not be recognised for the coming Monday.
