What meals will I get on this plan?
Our chefs will handpick meals designed specifically to your goals. If there was anything you don’t like just let us know and we can substitute it for you.
Which plan is the best value for money?
Our 7 Day Gold Plan is the best value for money with a total of 35 meals at a cost of just €5.14 per item.
You will receive a great breakfast, a tasty snack, and 3 lean meals each day. (You can even freeze them if you can’t eat everything!)
Each item is specially selected for weight loss and is much cheaper than buying the items individually.
Which option should I choose to lose add lean muscle and lose body fat?
All of our Lean Muscle Plans are designed to help you to lose fat and add lean muscle. We recommend that you focus over a longer period to have the greatest chance of success of keeping it off.
Will the lowest calories plan (e.g. Bronze) help me to lose the most weight?
No, not necessarily. If you are restricting your calories to a very low level then you may find this plan hard to stick to in the long term.
Our in house nutritional experts recommend going for at least a silver plan to get the best results as possible. However, you can always upgrade and downgrade as you progress.
How many weeks should I stay on this plan to expect results?
It depends on which plan you choose but if you stick to 6-12 weeks, then you should get very good results and you should see a complete transformation.
Our in house nutritional experts will check in regularly and make any adjustments to your plan if your aren’t hitting your goals.
Will I get the same meals every week or will they change?
Our plans are set meals but when we introduce new meals to the menu they will be added to your plan. We will always make it interesting and delicious so you will never get bored.
Can I change my plan later if I need to?

I am a fussy eater, should I opt for this plan?
If you are fussy about what you will eat or you have certain food allergies or intolerance, then you should use our menu builder tool and select the meals and snacks that you like. Keep your calories under 1500 kcals and maintain this for 6 to 12 weeks to see results
