Heating instructions
Chicken fillet, coconut milk, basmati rice, mixed peppers, curry powder (calcium, carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide and Vitamin B1) sugar, non-hydrogenated palm fat, (11%) curry powder (WHEAT) Cumin, turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, clove, garlic, chilli, black pepper, mustard seed, ginger, cassia, salt, tomato powder, salt, celery, maltodextrin, citric acid], onion, peas.

Cooking from FRESH: Remove sleeve, place in microwave. Heat in microwave for 2-3 mins on HIGH and leave to stand for 1 minute. Plastic film will expand during heating, don't worry this is normal!
